  • Target Audience
  • Product Analysis
  • Competitors
  • Projections

  • Your Product
    • Are the selling services? Physical or digital products?

Price the services accordingly, of course. For example, if you plan to start a labour based business you need to pay for materials, deposit, work size, decide to have a free quote or fee, and of course, your time.

If you are selling online physical or digital products you should have:

  • Target Audience
    • The age group of the audience

    • Students, graduates (business, marketing, economics degrees)

Remember, making money online is such a vague and appealing niche these days. If you don’t have a specified target audience you’ll be drowning in a sea of competition. That leads us to the next section. Competition and sticking out in the crowd.

  • Competition
    • Strengths and Weaknesses of competitors
